I wasn’t expecting much, but Blacks was actually really easy to get around. The pages loaded quickly, and I found the photo items I needed without having to dig through a bunch of menus. Checkout was straightforward too, which was a nice bonus. Overall, no issues at all, and I’d happily use it again.

The packaging was good overall, though the box did have a little dent when it arrived. Nothing major, and the item was still fine. A friend actually recommended this to me, so I’m glad it showed up in good shape.

I tried using a promo code on Blacks and it went through without any issues, which was nice. The discount helped a bit, but it didn’t feel like a huge savings and the prices still seemed a little high to me. Maybe I’m just comparing it to what other people are finding elsewhere, but I’d be curious if anyone has actually scored a really good deal here. It wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average overall.

Got my prints and they came out really nice. The quality was way better than I expected, colors looked good and everything felt solid. Really happy with how they turnd out.

But customer service replied quick and they fixed it without me having to explain it over and over, which was nice. The money showed up after a few days. So yeah, I’m happy with how they dealt with it, it was all easy in the end.

I’m giving 4 stars because the checkout estimate could’ve been clearer. I had to put in a bit more effort than I wanted just to figure out when to expect everything, which was kind of annoying. Still, the overall process was smooth and fast, so I’d probably use them again.

I get that shipping delays can happen and not everything is in the seller’s control, but this one took way longer than I expected. What bothered me most was the lack of clear delivery updates while I was waiting. A little more communication would have made the delay easier to deal with.
